In our workforce, we have a full-time Health and Safety Staff who ensures compliance with the highest OSHA and Industry standards. The Hillis Group, LLC also has an authorized Construction (CFR 1926) and General Industry (CFR 1910) OSHA Safety and Health Outreach Program Trainer for OSHA 10 and 30 hour safety courses on staff.

Employees are issued proper safety equipment according to each projects needs. All employees are provided with safety training to assist in maintaining these standards.

In addition, our company practices a strict DOT and PHMSA compliancy structure and each employee partakes in certified random drug and alcohol screenings several times each year.
